In August we had the great opportunity to interview one of the hottest up and coming bands in rock music, Cherri Bomb. We were able to talk to the all teenage girl rock group prior to opening for LostProphets at the world famous Roxy on Sunset Blvd.

Cherri Bomb played Southern California this weekend with shows at The Roxy and House of Blues Anaheim opening for LostProphets. The ladies just finished the east coast leg of the 2012 Vans Warped Tour and will be playing the Sunset Music Festival on Saturday, August 18 at 3:30pm.

Cherri Bomb released their debut album, “This Is The End Of Control” in May and also had a song on “Marvel’s The Avengers Assemble” Soundtrack along some classic rock bands as Soundgarden and Bush. This local Los Angeles band formed in 2008 in the valley consisting of Julia Pierce (15 years old) lead vocals/ guitar, Miranda Miller (16 years old) on guitar, Nia Lovelis (15 years old) on drums and Rena Lovelis (14 years old) on the bass, the younger sister of Nia.
