A look into California Adventures ‘Lamplight Lounge’
Here are some of the items that will be served at the upcoming dining experience

A couple months ago Disney announced a new addition to its upcoming Pixar Pier, the Lamplight Lounge. Now, they’ve released a sneak peek into what the lounge will have to offer. Set right at the entrance of Pixar Pier, guest will have a fun, stylish place to unwind and eat gastro-pub style food and signature cocktails. According to Disney, their culinary team has been working extremely hard working up this menu.
Before you start stressin’, you still will be able to order the famous lobster nachos that were on the menu at what once was, Cove Bar.
Here are some of things on the new menu:
Potato Skins made with Yukon gold potatoes served with brown butter-caper yogurt, smoked paprika aioli, and Manchego cheese.
Carne Asada Sushi Roll with grilled strip steak, fresno chili salsa, and more.
Spinach Salad – a great vegetarian option with wild mushrooms, a poached egg, shiitake “bacon,” and blue cheese toast.
A Chicken Sandwich made with a spicy chili glaze, vinegar slaw, and pineapple butter served on a Amish bun.
And…peanut butter and jelly sushi? Something fun for the kids. The PB&J Roll is basically peanut butter rolled into whole wheat bread drizzled with strawberry jelly.
Lamplight Lounge opens on June 23, but if you’re super eager to try these foods, then you can make a reservation starting June 7! Go to the Disneyland Resort Website or call (714) 781-DINE (714 781-3463) between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily Pacific Time to book your table.
Pixar Pier will feature characters from Pixar movies such as “The Incredibles,” “Toy Story,” “UP,” “Finding Nemo,” and more.
