The singer, songwriter, model and Latin Popstar Anna Chase released an acoustic performance to her song “Color,” which was originally debuted on February 17th through Loki Artist Group and Tiny Island Productions.

Filmed in the historical Hotel Palmaroga in Asunción, Paraguay, the performance also featured Chase playing piano aside from her angelic voice. Putting aside the upbeat from the original release, the acoustic version gave a more intimate and special feeling.

“I always knew I wanted to make an acoustic video for Color,” said Chase. “I feel that when songs are acoustic, the lyrics pop more and are able to connect in a deeper way with listeners.”

Sergio Cuqejo produced the video and Mario Amarilla directed it as Mathias Maluff was the director of photography. Cuqejo is well known for his contribution in Netflix’s Luis Miguel: The Series.

Chase took part in co-writing the song along with Jakke Erixson aka T.I. Jakke who co-wrote and produced the song. Jakke has worked with big artists like Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, Tini, Alvaro and even took part in writing Ava Max’s “Kings & Queens,” which was a global #1 hit with over 350 million streams as it will soon become a double platinum in the U.S. Jakke has previously produced “Aventura” and “Frontera,” for Chase’s previous music.

Chase hopes her audiences unwind from life’s everyday stress and that they learn to live and love themselves as they listen to her song.

“The idea (for the lyrics) came out naturally,” said Chase. “I was going through a phase of joy and happiness, and I wanted to share this feeling with the public. The story was already there since it relates to something that I was personally going through. I just had to put the words together.”

Her recent release was “Antídoto” featuring pop sensation Jorge Blanco which became a success in the first week of its release, with 25k streams and a feature on Spotify’s “Latin Pop Rising” playlist, 6M+ views on TikTok and over 155,000 views on YouTube.
