Darius and Dom Logan (Blaq Tuxedo) who are Grammy Nominated Producers, Writers, and vocalists, specialize in bass-heavy, dance-floor filling jams that seamlessly blend 80s-style electro R&B with modern sounds in Hip-Hop and Pop. After their recent mixtape Tap In gained momentum, the sibling duo announced their album ABA (Art By Accident). This album is full of rich and textured Rap-N-B cuts that range from club bangers to slow jams.
ABA is a combination of the years the Logan brothers have written songs along with their experience in production and have been combined into a singular artistic vision. Their single “Lit” featuring E-40 showcased their songwriting skills as it had over 229,000 plays on SoundCloud and close to 1 million streams on Spotify. ABA is set to be released on May 26, and will be worthy of its debut.Â
Following their single-hit “Lit,”  the duo dropped their next single, “Steeler” which is the latest release from Art By Accident. “Steeler”  was premiered on Pigeons & Planes and is an out of the ordinary  track with booming bass plunking marimbas. This is just a taste of Art By Accident
which is currently available for pre-order on iTunes.
The Logan brothers wrote as young children and eventually sharpened their writing skills. After recently moving to Los Angeles in 2009, the brothers have impressed artists like Usher, and Chris Brown that led them to becoming one of the industry’s songwriting go-to’s. They’ve written songs for Brown, Meek Mill, Ciara, August Alsina, Omarion, and among others, earning a Grammy nomination in 2014. Since changing their name from D&D to Blaq Tuxedo, they’ve released two EPs, including their most recent Red Flowerz, and Limousine.
