Is a post Valentine’s Day gift to their fans? Is it coincidence that it has happened as the festivities of Lunar New Year the Dog kick off today? We may never know, but he Korean boy band, BTS, has made their American magazine cover debut. Their “army” (fans) are always “fighting,” (i.e. rooting) for the boy’s success wherever it may be.

Proving that 2018 will be their year, the k-pop idols grace the latest issue of Billboard magazine, and boy do they do it in a big way. In fact, the boys make their debut with eight stunning covers for this special limited-edition box set. The set features seven individual covers for each member as well as a group shot cover.

Billboard magazine made the announcement in a tweet saying, “A first for us! We are selling BTS limited-edition box sets, featuring 8 full-size posters and 8 different covers feat. each member, all in a custom box! #BTSonBillboard.” The tweet also included a photo of all of the individual covers from J-Hope, Jimin, Jin, Jungkook, RM, Suga and V as well as their group shot cover.

Inside the mag, the boys get candid about their success as well as “representing a new generation.” The boys partly attribute their success to connecting with their fans as well as younger audiences. Moreover, members RM and Suga explain why they think their music resonates globally. The boys also share and talk about their close bonds.

The February 17th issue of Billboard magazine is currently sold out online. A very uncommon occurrence for the magazine. However, it is available on newsstands still, but that is only if you can find a copy. Best of luck with that.
