LOS ANGELES, CA– The American Film Institute (AFI), will be celebrating their 29th AFI FEST with the grand opening gala of, BY THE SEA- a film directed, produced, and starred by Angelina Jolie Pitt. To host this, will be the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on November 5 2015.
Not only is Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolieâ€™s husband in real life, but he is also starring in her movie as a couple whose marriage is going downhill. The story, which takes place in a beachfront resort in 1970s France, is the perfect setting for this European inspired theme.

Although Jolie is a circle of full talent, she is not working alone. Behind the scenes are key cinematographers, editors, designers and producers, such as Christian Berger, Michael Vieira, Holly Goline-Sadowski, and Patricia Rommel amongst others.
AFI FEST, is the only of its kind. The festivities and galas start November 5-12, 2015. World renown theatres such as the Egyptian, TCL Chinese 6, the high-tech Dolby, The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and of course, the TCL Chinese Theatre are to host these screenings. Although the full line-up is yet to be announced within the next couple of weeks, movie fanatics can get their FREE movie tickets beginning October 26 at AFI.com.
