If you’ve set up alert notification for all things related to the hit HBO series “Euphoria.” Then you might have noticed a notification announcing the early release of a new special premiering tonight at 9:00 p.m.


Written and directed by series creator Sam Levinson, the first episode, titled “Trouble Don’t Last Always.” Follows Rue as she tries to celebrate Christmas in the aftermath of being left at the train station by Jules and relapsing. Colman Domingo and Hunter Schafer, who plays Julies, will also make an appearance in the episode.

While the first of the two episodes is being released tonight. It will still premiere on Sunday, December 6th at 9pm as previously announced. The title and date of the second episode are forthcoming. Both special episodes were produced under COVID-19 guidelines.

“Euphoria” received three Primetime Emmy Awards this year, including Outstanding Lead Actress In A Drama Series for Zendaya, Outstanding Contemporary Makeup (Non-Prosthetic) and Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics.
