Expect“A Whole New World†when Disney brings their D23 Expo to the Anaheim Convention Center this summer. This year’s event is entitled Disney on Broadway “THE ORIGINALS.â€
A 70 minute live concert will feature award winning Broadway stars singing beloved show tunes from the franchise. Ashley Brown, John Strickland, and James Monroe Iglehart will be gracing the stage together as they remind the audience how magical Disney really is. Some of Broadway’s most talented musicians will also be in attendance to play their instruments and share their intriguing show business stories. Thomas Schumacher, director of Disney Theatrical Productions-is responsible for the great accomplishments of this booming theatre business. The highly anticipated performance will be shown on Saturday, August 15th at 11am and at 2pm in Stage 23. The three day event will also allow audiences to shop, view sneak peaks, private screenings, and much more. This expo is an event the whole family can enjoy.
