Drake’s new album Scorpion sparks a viral dance movement

Fans all over the world are doing the #InMyFeelingsChallenge

“Keke, do you love me? Are you riding? Say you’ll never ever leave from beside me. ‘Cause I want ya, and I need ya, and I’M DOWN FOR YOU ALWAYS!!!”

If you’ve scrolled through Instagram or Twitter in the past week then you’ve probably heard this lyric at least once, or twice, maybe…100 times? That’s because it comes from Drake’s new album, Scorpion. Not only does the album have 7 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, but a viral dance has also come out of the new album. The song titled “In My Feelings,” has got everyone doing the Shiggy, also known as the In My Feelings Challenge.

2018’s summer viral dance challenge was created by an Instagram comedian who goes by the name of “The Shiggy Show.” It became a sensation after he posted a video of him interpreting the lyrics. Thousands of fans have shown off their own versions of the dance in various videos using the hastag #InMyFeelingsChallenge and #DotheShiggy. The celebs have also joined in, everyone from the likes of Odell Beckham Jr., Lala Anthony, Kevin Hart, and more.

It seems that every summer a new viral dance breaks the Internet. We had the Mannequin Challenge, the Running Man Challenge, and even JuJu on the Beat. Wonder how long fans will stay “In Their Feelings,” this summer.

In other Drake news, the rappers fifth album, Scorpion has crossed over one billion streams in one week, making him the first artist to do so.
