The Secret State took some time to allow us their first interview from the Malibu, CA  set of their brand new video for the song, “The Biggest Mistake” off of the bands upcoming album.

The Secret State are from Baltimore, Maryland and consist of Daniel Martiniano Lead Vocals/Piano, Joshua Jones  Guitar/Vocals, Hunter Schafer Bass/Backup Vocals, Daniel Espinosa Digital Performer and Michael Marx-Gibbons Drums & Violin.

The band has been a huge hit on YouTube with over 2 million views for the bands video, “Say It’s Over” in the first 3 weeks. Beneath the interview you can check out the video hit “Say It’s Over” below.

After serving their country and years of crafting their unique electronic tinged sound, The Secret State has begun to lay the grounds for what it hopes will become the next musical phenomenon. At the band’s core are childhood friends Dan, Josh and Mike, along with newly added members, Hunter and Danny. In the upcoming months and as they put the final touches to their debut album, the band will launch a national promo tour to introduce a sound that will rock the airwaves and transport the listeners to a new state—The Secret State.
