First Look: Filmmaker Victoria Kashtan Release’s Trailer For Notes of a Freshman

Victoria Kashtan Notes of a Freshman

Independent filmmaker and Victoria Kashtan released her trailer for the film, Notes of a Freshman. We met with the director during the 2014 Los Angeles Film Festival last week in Downtown Los Angeles.

The story begins when she meets David a young Chinese entrepreneur. He made his 7 figure fortune playing online poker when he was 19 y.o. He has just started his second tech company Enplug. Fascinated by David’s personality, the idea of Enplug, and his earlier achievements she offers to make a movie about him and his company. Enplug has already been featured in Forbes magazine, described as “transforming the advertising all around you”. She puts the rest of her money and legal time in the US towards making a movie, thus choosing “becoming famous” as the priority option.

The film still has no release date but we will let you know via our social media outlets on the release date and the locations in which it will be shown.
