Anarchy returns to Universal Studios Hollywood with the addition of “The First Purge” to its Halloween Horror Nights line-up.
The summer blockbuster will be brought to life as guests will endure a maze filled with murder, mayhem and pandemonium. Fans will enter a lawless town where the once law-abiding citizens have turned into full anarchists.
Attendees will have to sift through the turmoil unleashed by vigilantes looking to kill as they find a place to escape the horror.
Guests will be placed at the center of the social experiment brought on by the New Founding Father’s of America (NFFA). In order to survive they must act with speed and hope for the best of luck to outlive the anarchy.
The three-dimensional world of terror joins the haunted attractions opening at Universal Studios in Hollywood on September 14. “Stranger Things” and “Trick r Treat” mazes have already been announced as part of the scream-worthy event.
This is not the first time “The Purge” has been featured on the Universal Studios lot. In 2015, the franchise was recreated as the Terror Tram “Surviving the Purge” ride.
The opening “scaremony” featuring purge vigilantes also tortured guests back in 2016.
Although not much else is known about this year’s Horror Nights “Midsummer Scream” is expected to bring in new announcements.
