Franklin's KeyFranklin’s Key has released their debut, “Fantasm EP” through RiotVan Productions. The EP is a collection of songs that blend together pop and electronica into a unique and inviting sound that was co-produced by Omer Avni and Adam Peri who have worked with Alien Ant Farm and The Heroine.

With a throaty voice and deep, personal lyrics, singer Leeane Melendez weaves together stories about love, loss, and struggle within the beautiful soundscapes created by instrumentalist and producer Ryan Koch.

Melendez is a proud Puerto Rican who draws inspiration from the struggles of her single mother. Koch hails from Pittsburgh, PA and was raised in a heavily musical family, his father being an accomplished jazz guitarist. Their influences are wide ranging and include Fiona Apple, Purity Ring, and Coldplay.

The North Hollywood duet released their first single off the album “Ghost and Me” which since its released has been a huge hit on internet radio stations such as Wild 109 and Radio Crystal Blue. Franklin’s Key is constantly performing in and around Southern California to support “Fantasm EP” and they are working with Omer Avni and Adam Peri on their first full-length album, tentatively titled “Dream Therapy”, due out this fall.
