MUSE TV & Culturally Obsessed’s Jennifer Ortega was at the Pasadena Playhouse a few nights ago to catch the star-studded opening of Robert Aguirre Sacasa’s play Good Boys. Good Boys is about a sex tape that rocks St. Joseph’s Prep, putting Brandon Hardy’s reputation on the line and threatening to shatter the comfortable lives of the Hardy family. Good Boys stars Breaking Bad’s Betsey Brandt and plays until July 21st.

The Pasadena Playhouse has continued to be one of Los Angeles’ most prolific theaters for over 100 years. The theater’s mission is to enrich people’s lives through theater, community programs, and learning. Danny Feldman, the Artistic Director of the theater, has brought in countless great productions. In the last few months, Nia Vardalos got rave reviews in Tiny Beautiful Things as did John C. Reilly in Gather. Good Boys is sure to follow in this trend. Besides his countless accolades as a playwright, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has also created immensely popular television shows including Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Many celebrities came out to the Good Boys opening to support the show and the theater. Click below to watch interviews with Jason Alexander, Madchen Amick, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and many more.
