Grupo Frontera, releases a surprise collaboration today with global-superstar, Bad Bunny, titled “un X100to.” This new track features the traditional Grupo Frontera sound that fans have come to know and love, with an exquisite twist by the trailblazing and incomparable Bad Bunny. “un X100to,” as well as the official music video, is now available on all streaming platforms.

un X100to” brings together music powerhouse Bad Bunny and the hottest regional Mexican group, Grupo Frontera, to deliver an original impressive collaboration. Produced by Award-winning Producers Edgar Barrera and MAG, and written by Barrera, with the classic Grupo Frontera sound that has skyrocketed them into the spotlight, “un X100to” meaning 1%, is a love song about someone who is so sad they lost their love that they would use the 1% battery they have left on their phone to say sorry over and over again.  Shot in the popular Nevada Ghost Town, with the picturesque canyons as a backdrop, Bad Bunny and Grupo Frontera deliver an epic performance of their new single.

We look up to Bad Bunny and especially how he’s changed the landscape for Latin music worldwide. We definitely didn’t think that we would be lucky enough to create a song with our idol this early in our career, but we feel really honored that he wanted to do a song with us. We love collaborating and creating music that fuses genres and we are so excited for the world to enjoy what we’ve created together,” said Grupo Frontera.

Second to none when it comes to their ability to collaborate, Grupo Frontera continues to deliver hit after hit. Having launched the group a little over one year ago, Grupo Frontera has been taking the music scene by storm, landing multiple tracks on the Billboard Charts. Their single “Bebe Dame” alongside Fuerza Regida expanded their chart-topping domination as their second collaboration to lead Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart a few weeks ago. The track dethroned Bizarrap and Shakira’s “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53” after four nonconsecutive weeks on top. Currently holding two positions on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Bebe Dame” and “Que Vuelvas” alongside Carin Leon, and three positions on Billboard Global 200 with “Bebe Dame,” “Que Vuelvas,” and “No Se Va,” the group continues to release tracks that are conquering fans worldwide. In addition, Grupo Frontera currently holds two positions on the Billboard Regional Chart and one on the Billboard Latin Airplay Chart.

With nearly 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Grupo Frontera members Adelaido Solís, Julian Peña Jr., Alberto Acosta, Carlos Zamora, Carlos Guerrero and Juan Javier Cantu have developed a strong and passionate fan base. Nominated for eight Latin American Music Awards including ‘New Artist Of The Year,’ ‘Song Of The Year’ and ‘Collaboration Of The Year,’ Grupo Frontera will perform live from Las Vegas later this week on Thursday, April 20.

Most recently they performed to a crowd of over 100,000 fans at the Tecate Pal Norte Festival in Monterey, Mexico where they invited surprise guests Yaritza y Su Essencia and debuted their track “Frágil,” which has already amassed four million views on YouTube in just one week.
