Justin Timberlake gets Futuristic in New ‘Filthy’ Video

Filthy is the first single from upcoming album Man of the Woods

Justin Timberlake plays a robot inventor in his new music video for “Filthy,” one of four songs that will drop leading up to the release of his new album Man of the Woods.

The video opens up with the pop/R&B singer playing a tech giant, getting ready to reveal his latest invention: a dancing robot. It appears that he has the ability to make the robot mimic his every move without any improvisation. The crowd goes wild. He is in full control of the robot up until the very end as he starts to blur and disappear.

Co-written and produced by Timbaland and Danja, with writing credits from Lawrence Dopson and James Fauntleroy, Filthy is a funky slow jam with a technologic sound. Timberlake sings about hanging with friends who “ain’t leavin’ ’til six in the morning,” and telling someone to ‘Put your filthy hands all over me,’ serving up to the songs risqué title. Timberlake advised fans to play the song “very loud” on his Twitter prior to posting the video. He also tweeted a picture of the track listing for the upcoming album.

Man of The Woods drops Feb. 2.
