KCON announced today the dates and locations for its 2020 festivities. KCON New York will return to the Javits Center  from June 12 to 14. KCON Los Angeles will return to its home at the LA Convention Center from August 27 until August 30. As always, KCON 2020 will provide their signature, unparalleled amount of access for fans to engage with artists through programs like Artist Engagements, Star Square, Star Live Talk, and artist booth visits, while also immersing themselves in every aspect of Korean culture including food, beauty, lifestyle, drama, movies and more.

KCON USA is just two stops for the worldwide series. The convention will return to Tokyo, Japan, April 3 through 5 at Makuhari Messe, and Bangkok, Thailand, September 26 and 27 at Impact Arena & Exhibition Center. 

KCON USA enters its ninth year of bringing the ultimate Korean culture fan experience to the U.S. Korean pop culture convention has seen tremendous growth in attendance since 2012. Last year, USA conventions closed out the summer with over 158,000 attendees. LA expanded to four full days for the first time in 2019 as demand for tickets boomed. Over the years the star-studded concerts have featured a combination of the top names like BTS, MONSTA X, TWICE and rising stars. Last year, breakout acts included ATEEZ and ITZY.

Mnet, the organizer of KCON, is expanding the convention into more cities to further its core goal of giving fans around the world more access to the best in K-pop music and Korean culture.
