Gaming legends Chris “Huk” Loranger, Kevin “qxc” Riley,Â Brandon “puCK” Loranger,Â and Geoff “iNcontroL” Robinson have signed on to compete in a tournament on Blizzard Entertainment’s StarCraftÂ®Â Â II: Legacy of the Voidâ„¢. The ALL WORK ALL PLAY Event will happen at the ESL Studio’s inÂ BurbankÂ and will broadcast to theaters throughoutÂ North AmericaÂ onÂ Tuesday, July 21. The gaming event will be hosted by Joshua “Clutch” Gray and will be followed by the documentary. In addition, the event will feature a live Q&A between the global audience andÂ Patrick Creadon, the Director of the film,Â Michal Blicharz, the Director of Pro Gaming at ESL and pro eSports gamers, which will offer viewers an unmissable peek into the global eSports phenomenon.

From directorÂ Patrick CreadonÂ (WORDPLAY) comes ALL WORK ALL PLAY: The Pursuit of eSports Glory, a new behind-the-scenes documentary that follows the ascent of eSports, showcasing some the best pro gamers in the world as they fight for the Intel Extreme Masters championship.Â OnÂ July 21stinÂ North AmericaÂ and again on 28thÂ inÂ EuropeÂ the film will screen worldwide as part of a live special event, preceded by a live eSports showdown.Â Along with a live Q&A, top professional StarCraft II players and gamers will battle it out in a 2v2 “Archon Mode” match.
Archon ModeÂ is an all-new game mode coming inÂ StarCraft II: Legacy of the VoidÂ that lets two players share control over a single base and units, allowing them to focus on their own areas of the battle and execute more intricate strategies. Currently in beta testing,Â Legacy of the VoidÂ is the standalone final installment to Blizzard’s gritty sci-fi real-time strategy trilogy,Â StarCraft II.
All the excitement will be brought to you by a star-studded talent line-up including renowned eSports commentators Nathanias Fabrikant and Andre “Gretorp” Henchua. The event will be broadcast onÂ Tuesday, July 21Â live to North American cinemas atÂ 5:30PM PT/6:30PM MT/7:30PM CT/8:30PM ET.Â The total length of the program will be 2 hours and 30 minutes, with the live gaming event to kick off the event for approximately 45 minutes and the feature film to follow for the next 90 minutes.
