Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea celebrated on Friday the 15th Anniversary of the Grammy Award winning female mariachi at the House of Blues in Anaheim. During this celebration of 15 years in the music business the group of talented ladies released a brand new album, “15 Aniveserio.”

The House of Blues Anaheim crowd was excited and cheering as the ladies walked on to stage performing songs from their past albums, remakes and new songs off of the latest album. In addition to their performance dancers took to the stage and added more color and flavor to the performance that gave the show a special and unique performance from when we last saw them take the stage in July at Universal CityWalk.

These talented ladies are a mariachi to not be missed and when they are doing another performance either at the Disneyland Resort or another venue it is a must see.

Directed and founded by trumpet player Cindy Shea in 1999, under the musical direction of GRAMMY award winning Alberto “Beto” Jimenez Maeda, the Mariachi Divas have made big waves on the national and international music scene. A two-time GRAMMY Award winner, with five GRAMMY nominations and one Latin GRAMMY nomination, the Mariachi Divas are a unique, multicultural, all-female ensemble imbued with the true flavor of Los Angeles. All together, the Divas discography includes 9 albums released through Shea Records and East Side Records. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the founding of the Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea.
