Global Pop Sensations, Monsta X, join forces with two-time Grammy nominated DJ and Producer, Steve Aoki, to announce their first official collaboration “Play It Cool (Korean Version).”

The up-tempo track is set to release on February 18th, as part of the groups highly anticipated album, Take.2 We Are Here. The band is set to perform “Play It Cool (Korean Version)” during their comeback stages in Seoul, Korea, starting with Mnet M Countdown on February 21st; other channels will include MBC, KBS, and SBS.

Steve Aoki composed, produced, and arranged this track alongside co-writer and Monsta X rapper, I.M. “Play It Cool (Korean Version)” takes you through the emotions of two people naturally being drawn to each other, wanting to escape reality with that person, and jetting off together to “places unheard of.”

The group stated: “It was such an honor and pleasure to work with Steve Aoki on our collaboration for the track “Play It Cool (Korean Version).” We are huge fans of his work, and we were so excited to find out that he is a fan of us as well. Steve is such a great guy, and he’s been like a brother to us. We had so much fun working together and are so excited to share the track with everyone on February 18th, when our album Take.2 We Are Here releases worldwide. More to come….special thank you to MONBEBE, our fans, without you none of this would be possible. We love you!
