Movie Review – Stronger for Life

World-renowned fitness instructor Ilaria Montagnani has always believed that exercise strengthens more than just your body. Powerstrike, Montagnani’s fitness studio, operates under the core principle that when your body is strong, you are “Stronger for Life.”

Montagnani’s philosophy was challenged in 2016 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, followed shortly thereafter by a family tragedy. This grueling 8-month period truly allowed Montagnani to develop a deeper understanding of this principle she has lived by for so long. Her documentary, Stronger for Life, releasing on July 20th, depicts this time in Montagnani’s life.
