HOLLYWOOD— Universal CityWalk celebrated National Dance Day big this year! “So You Think You Can Dance” judge Mary Murphy and “Dancing With The Stars“, dancer Mark Ballas joined together with Flash Mob of America, to put together one of the largest flash mobs’ in LA history.
Children and adults of all ages spread across the grounds of the “5 Towers” stage to learn the choreography taught by Mary Murphy. Murphy along with the dancers from Flash Mob America taught all the dance moves needed for Mark Ballas’s single “Get My Name.” The dance was easy to learn and was fun for all in attendance. Many fans got the chance to show their groovyÂ dance moves on the large screen towering above the “5 Towers” stage and they may also get the chance to see themselves on television since the event was taped for possible inclusion in an upcoming episode ofÂ “So You Think You Can Dance.”
Although it was a big night for dance enthusiasts, it was also a big night for Mark Ballas and his fans. BallasÂ performed his new single for the first time, “Miss Incredible,” a song dedicatedÂ to all the women ofÂ the world. A song that has also inspired him to feature one lucky woman in his upcoming music video.Â That’s right, ladies!
