National Dance Day At “5 Towers” With Mary Murphy and Mark Ballas

National Dance Day 032 076 083 087 071HOLLYWOODUniversal CityWalk celebrated National Dance Day big this year! “So You Think You Can Dance” judge Mary Murphy and “Dancing With The Stars“, dancer Mark Ballas joined together with Flash Mob of America, to put together one of the largest flash mobs’ in LA history.

Children and adults of all ages spread across the grounds of the “5 Towers” stage to learn the choreography taught by Mary Murphy. Murphy along with the dancers from Flash Mob America taught all the dance moves needed for Mark Ballas’s single “Get My Name.” The dance was easy to learn and was fun for all in attendance. Many fans got the chance to show their groovy dance moves on the large screen towering above the “5 Towers” stage and they may also get the chance to see themselves on television since the event was taped for possible inclusion in an upcoming episode of  “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Although it was a big night for dance enthusiasts, it was also a big night for Mark Ballas and his fans. Ballas performed his new single for the first time, “Miss Incredible,” a song dedicated to all the women of the world. A song that has also inspired him to feature one lucky woman in his upcoming music video. That’s right, ladies! Ballas is hosting a YouTube competition, all you have to do is submit your video onto YouTube and you may have the chance to hang with Ballas and his friends in Hollywood on the set of the his new music video and be the woman featured as “Miss Incredible.” For more rules and information on this opportunity, visit: www.markballas.com.
