On Wednesday, October 20, Prime Video announced the upcoming original series, Everybody Loves Natti. The pre-recorded six-episode docuseries, premiering November 19 on Prime Video, follows Dominican reggaeton superstar Natti Natasha as she juggles her rising career, her personal life with her manager and husband, Raphy Pina, life in Miami with their newly blended family, her dreams of worldwide recognition, and a surprise baby on the way.
This new Amazon Original reality series marks the first time Natasha shares intimate details of her personal life. The show will feature behind-the-scenes footage and moments of Natasha and Pina as they navigate her latest album, NATIVIDAD. In addition, the show will give an inside look at how the self-made star arrived at the forefront of today’s booming Latin music scene and will feature friends and collaborators who’ve shared in her journey, such as Daddy Yankee, Prince Royce, Becky G, Yovanna Ventura, Ariadna Gutiérrez, and more.
Beyond her road to success and day-to-day life in Miami with her growing family, viewers will also get Natti’s firsthand account of the personal struggles she’s overcome, including fertility issues and the trials and tribulations of life as a Dominican immigrant.
Back in September, Natasha performed on her own for the first time at this year’s Billboard’s Latin Music Award Show. During interviews with the press, following rehearsals for her performance, Natasha said that this performance was both an accomplishment and another challenge for her. “I feel like the fans have been waiting for this moment. So I hope that people will have fun and enjoy it. I’m coming with a new version of a very well-known explosive song, but it’s very explosive. So the only thing that matters is for everyone to enjoy and have fun,” said the Dominican singer
When asked how she finds a balance in her life, especially after the year we’ve just had, Natti Natasha explains that she has always managed to find a balance thanks to the help of her team.
“I feel like my family has always been part of my career, so that balance has always been there,” she says. “A new member was added to the family, who is Vida, and I really have an excellent work team and partner whom we work together. So even though some say not to mix work with personal life, it has worked out wonderfully for me. I count on a lot of people who help me, and one way or another, when someone has things that they love such as my career and my baby, one always finds the time and is organized.”
Her album NATIVIDAD was released on Friday, September 24, and featured collaborations with Nio Garcia, Farina, Cazzu, and Maluma. One such collab is with Maluma, who teased the track, called “Imposible Amor,” on Instagram earlier in the week. The single was released during the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
Everybody Loves Natti will premiere November 19 exclusively on Prime Video in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, Spanish-speaking countries and territories in Latin America, New Zealand, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, and United Arab Emirates, with a worldwide release to follow.
