Nick Cannon Celebrates Grand Opening of Wild ‘N Out Sports Bar and Arcade in San Diego

Recently, multi-talented entertainer and actor, Nick Cannon celebrated the grand opening of his Wild ‘N Out Sports Bar and Arcade with a ribbon cutting and party.  The new 3,500-square-foot Sports bar  will serve as an eatertainment” destination in the heart of San Diego’s bustling Gaslamp Quarter.

The multi-purpose ‘eatertainment’ destination features live entertainment, arcade games,  cocktails that will blow your mind  and elevated sports bar dishes.

The destination also adds a memorialized timeline of Cannon’s famed MTV show. 

Cannon joined representatives from the City of San Diego in a ribbon cutting in front of a crowd of fans who had gathered along Sixth Avenue. 

The ceremony was followed by a red carpet arrival including Cannon, Hitman Holla, and MTV’s “Wild ‘N Out’ ‘ crew member; Justina Valentine. Also included were members of the “Wild ‘N Out” Girls such as  Taelor Parker and Rosa Acosta

Cannon enjoyed a variety of Wild ‘N Out signature cocktails with his friends  including Cannon’s own The Big Cloud Cannon and the Candy Shop, a blend of 50 Cent’s Branson Cognac V.S. Phantom, peach schnapps, lemonade and grenadine with a side shot of Branson Cognac V.S. Phantom. 

There were also food favorites the group had which included a selection of Wild ‘N Out signature favorites like the WNO Burger, served with waffle fries; and Wild ‘N Out shareable buckets of fried dill pickle chips. 

Nick Cannon welcomed guests to the opening of his first San Diego restaurant while walking throughout the venue and taking videos, photos,  and FaceTime calls with fans both in attendance and virtually. 

Paige Jones

Paige Jones is a journalism student at California State University, Northridge. She will be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Journalism with an emphasis in Broadcasting in May 2022. She also plans to receive a Master's in Communications in the coming years. Paige is currently a part of the CSUN Sports Network where she helps produce collegiate sports games for streaming on ESPN+. She sees herself working one day as a sports analyst or even sports game producer for a major network in the future. She has played sports since she could walk and although she has had a strong connection with basketball, she is extremely passionate about sports in general. Following a sports injury in the past, she had become a mentor to those around her past: Martin Luther King High School located in Riverside, CA.
