Nicky Jam is proving that hard work pays off! The trailblazing reggaeton singer won three awards for the successful sales generated by his most popular songs during the year 2020 and early 2021.

“Muevelo” by Jam feat. Daddy Yankee, “Porfa (Remix) by Feid and feat. Maluma, Jam, J Balvin, Sech & Justin Quiles, and “Atrevete” by Jam ft Sech were all recognized as the most profitable of Jam’s songs this past year.

“What a great honor to be recognized by SESAC. Thank you very much for continuing to believe in my work and contributing with your grain of sand for the Latin music industry to be a place of admiration and respect,” said Nicky Jam.

The SESAC Latina Organization is responsible for protecting and representing its members (authors and publishers) in their rights to be compensated for the public performance of their work. In addition, each year, the organization puts together an awards ceremony to recognize its most outstanding artists in the areas of music production, composition, and, of course, the largest number of sales.

Of course, these aren’t Jams’ only songs that have been dominating the airwaves. Currently sitting at no.11 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart is the remix to the song “Poblado,” featuring Jam along with J Balvin and Karol G. Balvin teased the trios remix, which also includes El Frio and Crissin, on his Instagram with a picture of all the artists together captioning it, “500K comments on this picture and we release the remix or what?”

On Thursday, July, 1 Jam posted on his Instagram a snippet of the music video for his song with Pacho El Antifeka called “Triste” (Sad). The song is about falling out of love with your partner and meeting someone new with whom you connect differently. This track shows a different side to Jam and Antieka and makes the most out of their powerful vocals.

“Collaborating with Nicky Jam for me was a dream come true,” shared Antifeka, “he is a superstar and the vibe I felt working with Nicky was something else, he is a joke, he always brings a lot of joy.” The music video to “Triste” has already surpassed 90 thousand views on YouTube in its first day!
