Star Wars Week: Star Wars Cosplay Brings The Films To Life

Over the years the opportunity to cosplay as your favorite Star Wars Character has never been higher. Starting with WonderCon through Star Wars Celebration and the recent Comikaze.

So we have picked out some of the best Star Wars Cosplay we have seen for Star Wars Week. They range from the small children to adults and characters from the Star Wars Universe. When you look back in history Star Wars has been a part of the culture since 1976 when Star Wars appeared a year prior to the movie being released at San Diego Comic-Con. Lucasfilm went to promote the film to show images from the production and bringing people behind the making of the film and star Mark Hamill.

When the film was released in 1977 a new wave of merchandise was released and costume which spurred people to make their own and can we saw cosplay was born from Star Wars, we cannot say that cause it does trace back to Japan but we can enjoy some of the amazing costumes when we attend any Comic and Sci-Fi convention.
