These Kids Aren’t Leaving the Block Anytime Soon

New Kids on the Block Announce Mix Tour

In 1988 their album, Hangin’ Tough, debuted and they showed the world they had The Right Stuff. Three decades later and these former teen heart throbs are not ready to hang up their mics just yet.

The New Kids on the Block celebrated the 30th anniversary on Sunday night with a special performance at the Apollo Theater in Harlem — and announced a new tour that will have the band joining forces with other pop music icons.

The MixTape Tour will have every 80’s performer you know and love. NKOTB’s Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre and Danny Wood will be headlining the 2019 tour. But, it gets better! Joining them will be ‘80s music stars Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, Salt-N-Pepa and Naughty By Nature.

Get your shoulder pads and leg warmers ready for next year. The 80’s will be kicking off at a stadium near you.

Starting May 2nd in Cincinnati, the MixTape tour will stop in 53 cities and end in Hollywood, Fla. on July 14th. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday, Oct. 12 at Ticketmaster.com.
