Alright everybody, try not to drool. If you’ve ever heard of Voodoo Doughnut, that might be a difficult task.
Voodoo Doughnut is an independent donut shop based in Portland, Oregon, but later this year they will be marking their territory in California.
Voodoo Doughnut will be bringing their mindblowing creations to Universal CityWalk this fall. The shop is known for its delicious yet unusual take on everybody’s favorite doughy treat, its eclectic décor, and iconic pink boxes featuring the company logo and various illustrations of voodoo priests.
According to The Oregonian, the donut magicians plan to open shop in Universal Studios by Halloween. Doubtless, they will have all kinds of spooky delectable treats on the menu for the grand opening.
The plan is for the shop to be located right in the heat of things at Universal CityWalk so you can’t miss it. It will be located near LudoBird and the new Meizhou Kitchen restaurant. Just look for the bright pink building and follow your nose!
Voodoo Doughnut will be in a prime location. Universal Studios visitors that attend the park early in the morning can start their adventure with a sugar rush to keep them going throughout the day and park goers leaving late at night can finish off their day with a sweet, tasty treat.
Although the donuts might contain voodoo magic, your taste buds will appreciate the risk as soon as you take the first bite. Don’t be afraid to check out their menu to see what incredible donut creations will soon be heading our way.
