Tickets are now on sale for Universal Fan Fest Nights as Universal Studios Hollywood prepares for the second annual event, designed to immerse guests in the worlds of sci-fi, fantasy, gaming and anime. This year’s event features all-new experiences, including “Scooby-Doo Meets the Universal Monsters” and “ONE PIECE,” along with the return of “DUNGEONS & DRAGONS” by popular demand. Guests will also enjoy limited-time, all-new experiences in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD.
Exclusive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal Fan Fest Nights runs for 12 nights: April 23-25; May 1-3, 7-9 and 14-16, 2026.
Universal Fan Fest Nights is an after-hours, separately ticketed event celebrating fandom through immersive, interactive experiences created by the theme park’s entertainment team in collaboration with industry experts. The event spans multiple fandom genres and features character interactions, cosplay and photo opportunities, along with themed food, beverages and merchandise, available for purchase.
All experiences and activations are included with event admission each night. Additional announcements are expected.
Featured experiences include:
• “Scooby-Doo Meets the Universal Monsters: Mystery on the Backlot.” This all-new walk-through adventure places guests in a live-action mystery with Scooby-Doo, Fred, Daphne, Velma and Shaggy. Guests arrive via the Studio Tour tram and explore iconic backlot locations while solving a mystery involving classic Universal Monsters, including Frankenstein, Dracula, the Bride of Frankenstein and the Wolf Man. Locations include Little Europe and the Court of Miracles, original filming sites for “Frankenstein” (1931) and “The Wolf Man” (1941).
• “ONE PIECE: Grand Pirate Show.” Returning to Universal Fan Fest Nights as a live show at the WaterWorld venue, this high-energy production features fan-favorite characters in a performance filled with action, comedy and spectacle, inspired by the popular Universal Studios Japan show.
• The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. A new walk-through experience leads guests into the Forbidden Forest to search for a lost Hippogriff. Guided by a Hogwarts professor, guests encounter magical creatures and complete challenges that test their courage and spell-casting skills.
• SUPER NINTENDO WORLD – Colorful Yoshi Celebration. This new experience introduces a vibrant, multicolored Yoshi celebration, inviting guests to explore the land and meet Yoshis throughout the Mushroom Kingdom.
• “DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: Secrets of Waterdeep.” This enhanced fan-favorite experience returns, inviting guests to join the Harpers to thwart a plot by the beholder Xanathar and save the city of Waterdeep. The experience features a Xanathar figure created by Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, known for its work in puppetry and animatronics for more than 40 years.
A variety of ticket options are available, including General Admission, Universal Express, Universal Express Unlimited, After 2 p.m. Day/Night tickets, two-night admission, the Ultimate Fandom Pass, Early Access tickets and a VIP Tour option. Special pricing is available for select Pass Members on select nights. Ticket details and terms are subject to change.
Select theme park attractions will also be open during the event, including “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge,” “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey,” “Flight of the Hippogriff,” “Jurassic World—The Ride,” “Despicable Me Minion Mayhem,” “Transformers: The Ride—3D,” “Revenge of the Mummy: The Ride” and “The Simpsons Ride.”
