The trailer for the highly anticipated season 2 of Adult Swim’s animated series, “Smiling Friends” has been released! It sounds like our friends are going to need to make the president smile! Will they get through to the commander-in-chief? The trailer is set to the classic Hall & Oats song “You Make My Dreams (Come True)”, to give it a very upbeat feel that believe it or not, may make you smile.
The new season of Adult Swim’s “Smiling Friends” debuts on Sunday May 12th at midnight on Adult Swim and the day after streaming on Max.
Just a few days ago, Adult Swim debuted three episodes of “Smiling Friends” re-created in different style of puppetry as well as a surprise airing of the season 2 premiere episode, “Gwimbly: Remastered Enhanced Extended Edition DX 4X (Anniversary Director’s Cut”.
