This holiday season, Knott’s Merry Farm and Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Holiday in the Park invite guests to immerse themselves in enchanting winter wonderlands.
Knott’s Merry Farm, running Nov. 21 through Jan. 4, will come alive with the magic of the season, featuring beloved traditions such as Snoopy’s Night Before Christmas and the Snow and Glow experience. The park will debut a new centerpiece this year — a dazzling Christmas tree adorned with more than 7,000 lights, 100 custom-made candles and vintage Victorian-inspired wood ornaments.
On select evenings from Nov. 27 through Jan. 4, Magic Mountain’s Holiday in the Park will sparkle with more than 2 million lights and larger-than-life ornaments. Guests can enjoy a new tree-lighting ceremony each night featuring singers, dancers and the illumination of a towering Christmas tree.
The Tis the Season Tree Lighting ceremony in Calico Park remains a fan favorite, featuring dancers, singers and nostalgic holiday charm.
Christmas in Calico continues with the Snow and Glow experience, filling Ghost Town with thousands of twinkling lights set to Christmas music as “snow” gently falls. The Wilderness Dance Hall transforms into Santa’s Christmas Cabin, where families can take photos with Santa Claus and his friends.
At the Bird Cage Theatre, Knott’s melodrama company presents A Calico Christmas Carol, a reimagined version of the Charles Dickens classic, along with The Gift of the Magi, 1885, Knott’s take on O. Henry’s timeless story of love and sacrifice.
The Ghost Town Carolers will perform Victorian Christmas songs throughout the streets, while Home for the Holidaysbrings high-energy dancing and festive tunes to the Calico Mine Stage.
