Colombian singer, Manuel Turizo, kicked off the release of his second studio Dopamina, last night in Miami, Florida. Performing songs off the new album, including the newly-released as of yesterday, chart-topping single “Amor en Coma” ft Maluma, which is breaking streaming records all over Latin America and has over 700 thousand views on Youtube since its release – not even 24hrs ago!

Obtaining a gold certification upon its release. The album is an extraordinary project created for his fans to make them express and feel all of their emotions and increase their dopamine – “Dopamina” – levels.

“This is not an album to enjoy one or two songs, we took the time to work with detail and passion on each song to make them stand out and have the potential of becoming singles. Dopamina is an album to listen to from the beginning to end,” says Manuel. “Your brain releases dopamine when you’re feeling pleasure, when you’re doing things you like, when you’re with the person you love, when you’re eating something you enjoy, or watching something entertaining. So this album is that, a dopamine release because it’s going to make you feel that good!” he adds.

Manuel himself, together with his brother Julián Turizo worked in the writing and production of the majority of the tracks, making this a very personal project. The album includes the already-hits “Quiéreme Mientras Se Pueda,” “La Nota” featuring Rauw Alejandro and Myke Towers, “Mala Costumbre” featuring legendary duo Wisin y Yandel. Other notable collaborations include El Alfa and will. i.am, Farruko, Dalex, Justin Quiles, Jay Wheeler, and Miky Woodz, making up 13 unique tracks that will take you to another level.

Turizo broke into the music scene four years ago with his single “Una Lady Como Tu” and has since managed to win the hearts of millions of fans from his native Colombia to Latin America and the United States.

While his first album ADN served as his introduction to the music industry, under the direction of La Industria Inc – which is also home to global superstars like Nicky Jam and Jay Wheeler and many more – Dopamina demonstrates his versatility in singing rhythms such as reggae, ballads, and, of course, everything that falls under the urban genre umbrella.

The singer also shares his excitement in announcing a new concert tour that will take place in the United States with more than 20 confirmed dates. He will be passing through cities such as Chicago, El Paso, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, and Houston.

Turizo has over 11 million followers on Instagram, and over 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify, as he continues to cement his place in Latin music lovers’ hearts.

Dopamina is available to stream on all digital platforms.
