Last night Blink 182 released details of the re-release of Take Off Your Pants and Jacket with a deluxe album release with 6 added “boner tracks” as mentioned by the band. Take Off You Pants and Jacket in 2001 was the first pop punk album to hit number 1 on the Billboard charts.
Songs such as The Rock Show, First Date, Stay Together For The Kids propelled Blink 182 into even bigger heights off of the follow up album to Enema of the State.
The six “boner tracks” released on the album are Time To Break Up, Mother’s Day, What Went Wrong?, Fuck A Dog, Don’t Tell Me It’s Over and When You Fucked Grandpa.
The two vinyl LP album can be purchased today and will begin shipping out in October of this year for $55. The CD edition will be begin shipping in August and can be purchased for $14.
Will there be an anniversary tour that is still wait to be seen as Travis Barker in an interview with Ariel Helwani said that Blink only had one show in 2026 and that was for Mercedes Benz that happened earlier in Los Angeles on the sixth street bridge in Downtown Los Angeles.
