Scott D’Amore Talks Impact Wrestling Move To AXS TV

Impact Wrestling Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore about the future of the brand and the new AXS TV deal. Impact Wrestling premieres on AXS TV on October 29 at 8pm ET/5PM PT.

Scott D’Amore has an unprecedented understanding of all facets of the pro wrestling industry, having served in various roles, including wrestler, manager, promoter, booker, and trainer. He initially worked with IMPACT Wrestling as a road agent and on-screen manager from 2003 to 201 O, before climbing the ranks to become the company’s Executive Vice President-a title he shares with Don Callis.

In 1993, he co-founded the Border City Wrestling promotion and opened the Can-Am Wrestling School, where he has coached talented performers such as former NFL star DeAngelo Williams, as well as IMPACT favorites such as Rhino, Rosemary, Moose, and Gail Kim, among many others. D’Amore has more than 25 years of experience in both business and professional wrestling, producing TV and pay-per-view broadcasts in the U.S., and overseeing operations, production, talent relations, and live events for IMPACT Additionally, D’Amore has served as Creative Director, where he helped launch the promotion on Spike, created the all-female Knockouts Division, and produced episodic and commercial content for Spike and MTV.

Impact Wrestling comes to AXS TV on October 29.
