SeaWorld San Diego’s Seven Seas Food Festival returns Feb. 27 through April 26, running Fridays through Sundays, with more than 150 globally inspired food and beverage options curated by Executive Chef Zuric Ramirez. The festival features six stages of cultural entertainment throughout the park and full-length live performances by chart-topping artists Fitz and the Tantrums, The Band Perry, Phillip Phillips and newly announced Walker Hayes.
The festival and concerts are included with park admission. SeaWorld annual pass members may visit multiple times throughout the season to enjoy the cuisine and performances.
A World of Flavor Awaits
This year’s culinary lineup highlights authentic dishes and regional favorites. With more than 150 food and beverage options, guests can explore a range of global flavors. More than 20 themed festival huts showcase dishes influenced by Italian, Brazilian, Polynesian, Mediterranean, Mexican, Caribbean and Asian cuisines, among others.
Featured items include Cubano sandwiches, spicy poke bowls, fried Spam musubi, escargot, braised meatballs and mango bread pudding, along with rotating seasonal selections. Guests can sample offerings with the Seven Seas Food Festival Passport, featuring Chef Ramirez’s favorite dishes.
Specialty cocktails, wines and beers from local and regional breweries also will be available throughout the park, including selections from Mike Hess Brewing, Karl Strauss, Stone Brewing Co., Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, Harland Brewing Co., Newtopia Cyder, Bay City Brewing, Pizza Port Brewing, Societe Brewing and Coronado Brewing Co.
Seven Seas Food Festival Concerts

March 14 — Fitz and the Tantrums, known for a blend of pop, indie and soul, with hits including “HandClap,” “Out of My League” and “The Walker.”
March 21 — The Band Perry, a trio blending country and pop, known for “If I Die Young,” “Better Dig Two” and “All Your Life.”
April 18 — Walker Hayes, whose song “Fancy Like” topped country sales and streaming charts, held the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart for more than six months and earned a Grammy Award nomination for best country song.
April 25 — Phillip Phillips, singer-songwriter and “American Idol” winner, known for “Home,” “Gone, Gone, Gone” and “Raging Fire.”
Guests may upgrade their concert experience with reserved seating, which includes preferred viewing and one drink voucher. Availability is limited.
Live Entertainment
In addition to culinary offerings, the festival features new and returning entertainment across six stages:
— World Explorer Stage — “Ports of Call: Wildlife of the World,” a live animal presentation highlighting species from around the globe.
— Parisian Stage — Cirque-style performances in a Parisian café setting.
— Seven Seas Show Stage — K-pop tribute performances and live DJs.
— SoCal Stage — Interactive entertainment with SeaWorld character friends.
— Samba Stage — Brazilian dance performances and Spanish guitar.
— Polynesian Stage — Island-inspired music and fire dancing.
Best Way to Savor and Sip
Guests may purchase an eight-item sampler starting at $65 or a 12-item sampler for $75. SeaWorld San Diego pass members may purchase 15 samples for the price of 12.
