Cinionic Returns to CinemaCon After a Groundbreaking Year for Laser

Cinionic, the Barco, CGS, and ALPD cinema joint venture, proudly announces an industry milestone in the adoption of laser and its CinemaCon 2020 line-up with a new home for Cinionic World in the Roman Ballrooms, Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, March 31 – April 2, 2020.

In 2019, the company introduced the award-winning Barco Series 4 as part of their leading portfolio of laser projectors at CinemaCon. The stand-out Series 4 laser projection platform powers the next generation with 4K laser and delivers a new visual standard in cinema. At CinemaCon 2020, they will celebrate the first anniversary of Series 4 supported with commitments from global exhibitors for more than 8,000 units since launch. Cinionic leads in laser solutions with more than 20,000 units worldwide.

Throughout 2019, the company celebrated significant international growth through new and extended deals with leading global exhibitors. Most recently, they also announced strategic agreements expanding its laser footprint with Cinemark,  les cinémas Pathé Gaumont, National Amusements, Omniplex, Landmark Cinemas, Muvi, Cineplexx,Cineworld, Miraj, Cinema 21, and Kinepolis. 

During CinemaCon 2020, Cinionic is set to debut the latest in laser-powered cinema solutions. Attendees are invited to explore the new Cinionic World with live demonstrations of the new technologies at the purpose-built Cinionic Cinema, hands-on opportunities with its award-winning portfolio, a holographic Series 4 and a virtual reality experience.

Michael Sandoval

Michael Sandoval is the Founder and Executive Producer of MUSE TV, as well as the Producer of NEWS x MUSE, Destination: The Theme Park Travel Show, and he is the Co-Executive Producer of "Hey Han" with Executive Producer and host, Hannah Fletcher. MUSE TV originated as a website covering music and entertainment news in 2012. The company has expanded to YouTube, as well as having its own podcast. One decade later, the MUSE TV Network now exists on Roku and Amazon Fire TV. Sandoval grew up in East Los Angeles, having graduated from Don Bosco Technical Institute. He began his journalism career in junior college where he wrote for the San Gabriel Valley Tribune and Whittier Star News, covering high school sports. Michael then continued his education at Cal State University, Fullerton in which he worked at KTLA as a production assistant for Kurt the Cyberguy. His journalism career eventually led to the transition into the realm of professional sports- specializing in marketing, sales, event planning and public relations with the National Hockey League, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Galaxy and Los Angeles Dodgers. Michael later crafted a hybrid of his journalism career, combined with his newfound marketing skills to create not only the MUSE TV as a news outlet, but also the MUSE TV Internship Program. This program exists with the mission to help develop the next generation of journalists.
