We have our first look at the holiday film “Candy Cane Lane” on Prime Video. The film stars Eddie Murphy in his first-holiday film! It reunites director Reginald Hudlin, and producer Brian Grazer with Murphy since their 1992 hit, “Boomerang”. You can check out the trailer above!

The screenplay for “Candy Cane Lane” comes from Kelly Younger, who was inspired to write the film based on his own holiday experiences on Candy Cane Lane in El Segundo, California.

Things may be about holiday cheer and goodwill unless you’re constantly competing with your neighbors to have the best Christmas decorations. Some people would go to extreme lengths to make their house “the best” in the neighborhood.
