It’s been quite the ride for “The Boys” franchise on Prime Video since season one of the series debuted in 2019. Since then they have completed three seasons and two spin-off series including “The Boys Presents: Diabolical” and most recently “Gen V”.

Now, “The Boys” is getting set for their fourth season based on the critically acclaimed comic book series by Garth Ennis and Darick Roberson, which was developed by executive producer and showrunner, Eric Kripke. To get us excited for whatever bloody mess the series has in store for us Prime Video has released two images of familiar faces.

One features Billy Butcher, played by Karl Urban. The other is Homelander, played by Antony Starr. Both of which we recently saw in the ridiculous season finale of “Gen V”.

Here is a synopsis for the Prime Video Series:
The Boys is a fun and irreverent take on what happens when superheroes—who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians, and as revered as gods—abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. Intent on stopping the corrupt superheroes, The Boys, a group of vigilantes, continue their heroic quest to expose the truth about The Seven and Vought—the multibillion-dollar conglomerate that manages the superheroes and covers up their dirty secrets. It’s the seemingly powerless against the super-powerful.

Prime Video’s “The Boys” will be released exclusively on their streaming service sometime in 2024.
