The academy announced the nominees for this year’s ceremony, and, for the 4th time in his artistic career, Sky Rompiendo appears in the prestigious lists in 3 different categories.

Joined by global megastar J Balvin, the two earned nominations for; Album of The Year: “Colores” J Balvin, Best Urban Song: “Rojo” J Balvin, Recording of The Year: “Rojo” J Balvin and Album of The Year: “Oasis” J Balvin and Bad Bunny.

The young transgressor, pioneer and creative artist, has earned the respect of many of his fellow Spanish artists. Seen as the “mastermind” behind many of J Balvin’s hits, Alejandro Ramirez a.k.a Sky Rompiendo has been earning critical acclaim since 2015 with he won his first Latin Grammy for the song “Ay Vamos” by J Balvin. It didn’t take long for him to win his second golden statuette in 2016, for the production of the album “Energía”, also by J Balvin. He was nominated in the ceremonies of the year 2017, with the song “Mis planes son amarte” interpreted by Juanes, and in 2018 for the album “Vibras” and the song “Downtown”, both by Colombian J Balvin.

The Latin Grammy ceremony will take place on November 19 and will be broadcast through the screens of the Univisión network, taking into account all health measures to avoid the spread of the coronavirus.
